30 New Street - Accessibility
The entrance to the house is usually accessed from the courtyard at the rear of the property where you may park one small car.
This courtyard is used by 3 other neighbours so space is limitied and it is appreciated if you can tuck in closer to the house inorder to allow other users to manouevre.

At the rear there are iron railings which you can push open relatively easily and the key to the door is kept in the key safe which you will see adjacent to the door on the wall.
You will need a torch or mobile phone light at night to see the numbers. Please remember to put the key back in the safe for subsequent guests when you leave.
The keys you will find are for the back and front doors and a spare set will be found on the kitchen table with the welcome pack of information.
