Crow's Nest - Terms and Conditions

 RESERVATIONS  — During the summer months we only accept Saturday to Saturday bookings. Other arrival days are accepted outside of peak season, subject to availability.

 CHECK IN / OUT TIMES  — Check-in is after 4:00pm and the property must be vacated by 10:00am on departure day.

 PAYMENTS  — When payments are made via booking agents. No money is transferred to us until after your arrival and any refunds for cancellations are made through them.

 CANCELLATION  — Cancellations must be made in writing or by email.

• More than 60 days before arrival: 20% charge
• 30-60 days before arrival: 50% charge
• Less than 30 days: 100% charge

We strongly recommend taking out holiday cancellation insurance.

 LIABILITY  — We accept no responsibility for injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings. We are not liable for failure of utilities or external disturbances beyond our control.

 BEHAVIOUR OF GUESTS  — Occupancy must not exceed the number stated in the booking. Guests causing nuisance or disturbance may be asked to leave immediately.

 SMOKING  — Strictly no smoking on the premises.

 CHILDREN  — Babies in Moses baskets only.

 PETS  — One small dog permitted.

 CLEANLINESS  — The property must be left in the same condition of cleanliness as found on arrival.

 LINEN  — One set of bed linen is provided per week. For two-week stays, fresh linen will be supplied and exchanged.

 TOWELS  — Bath towels are provided but must not be taken off the premises. Please bring your own beach towels.

 CAR PARKING  — Two village car parks are available (3-6 minutes walk). Free roadside parking is also available nearby. Unloading is permitted near the chalet entrance on New Road.

 ACCESS  — We reserve the right to enter the property at reasonable times for inspection or maintenance. Notice will be given where possible.
