 RESERVATIONS  — We understand that flights to the south of France may not fit in with a weekend changeover day but, if possible, organising your arrival on a Saturday would be easier for meeting and greeting. .

 CHECK IN /OUT TIMES  — Your accommodation will not be available until after 4:30pm and must be vacated by 10:30am on the day of departure.

 PAYMENTS  — A deposit is not normally required except for stays of more than one week, but we do require payment in full no later than two months before your arrival date. For High Season, payment is required 10 weeks before your arrival.

 CANCELLATION  — Must be received in writing or email. If a cancellation reaches us 60 days before the planned arrival date, a 20% cancellation fee will be charged. If a cancellation reaches us between 60 and 30 days before the planned arrival date, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. If a cancellation reaches 30 or fewer days before the planned arrival date, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged. We would therefore recommend that all clients take out holiday cancellation insurance.

 LIABILITY  — The proprietor accepts no responsibility or liability for personal injury sustained on the premises, nor loss of, or damage to personal property brought into the premises or left in the garden. We cannot be held responsible for the failure of public services (e.g. electricity, broadband etc) or any disturbance, which is beyond our control.

Please be aware that, due to the rural nature of the place, our water is independent from the mains water supply and as such will be affected in the event of a power failure. Luckily, any outages are usually of short duration.

 BEHAVIOUR OF GUESTS  — The accommodation will not be occupied by more than those persons specified on the booking form. If in the opinion of the proprietor any party causes nuisance or disturbance to others, they will be requested to leave the accommodation with immediate effect

 SMOKING  — In order to ensure the comfort of all our guests, the hirer acknowledges and accepts that there is a strict no smoking policy on the premises and in summer months extra special vigilance needs to be taken with regard to cigarettes as a potential fire hazard.

 BARBECUES  — In summer months from April through to October strictly no barbecues. The area is forested and very dry. Fires are forbidden by law with heavy fines imposed.

 CHILDREN  — Children welcome.

 PETS  — Well behaved pets only. Please be aware that there are no fences so pets can run off into the forest and are often tempted to do so if left unattended.

 CLEANLINESS  — The hirer shall ensure that the standard of cleanliness of the premises is as high on their departure as on their arrival.

 LINEN  — One set of bed linen is provided for the week. Those on a longer stays are responsible for changing, washing and drying their own linen or coming to a private arrangement with the house keeper.

 TOWELS — We supply bath towels which must not be taken off the premises. Please bring your own beach towels if you intend to go swimming.

 CAR PARKING  — You can park cars just off the track in two areas which are obvious when you arrive. Our neighbours do pass by occasionally so please don't leave your car in the middle of the road for any length of time

 ACCESS  — We reserve the right of entry to the property at all reasonable times for the purposes of inspection or to carry out repairs or maintenance. Notice will be given where possible.
