Kingsand and Cawsand, Cornwall |
Cornwall’s forgotten corner. The twin villages of Kingsand and Cawsand, on the Rame peninsula are great for relaxing and enjoying a memorable holiday. The chalet has a magnificent view over the sea towards the hills of Dartmoor - probably the best view in the village. The area has a great deal to offer and a week could easily be lost exploring the charming streets, walking the coastline, relaxing on the beach. Walkers are spoilt for choice and can pick up the South West Coast Path in both directions. Mount Edgcumbe’s country park starts at the top of the village and you can walk to the famous 16th century house and visit its beautiful gardens. Locally, there are five pubs, three coffee shops and a choice of places to eat in the evening. It is ideal for a relaxing romantic break. |
